目前本人任浙江大学博士生导师、温州医科大学博士生导师、中科院苏州医工所博士生导师;先后培养博士后、博士及硕士研究生30余名。主持国家自然基金和省部级科研项目10余项(其中国家重点研发计划1项,国家自然科学基金面上项目2项,省重大科技专项1项,省重点研发计划项目1项), 市厅级科研13项。发明专利4项,实用新型21项。发表论文200余篇,SCI研究论文93篇,TOP期刊23篇,主编专著5部,参编/译4部。研究成果荣获省部级奖励7项,厅级奖励18项。
